Wow.

Consider for a second that the HAARP antenna array is completely unsuited
for the VHF frequencies you posted. Perhaps it's presumptuous of me to
expect that members of this list understand the difference between HF and
VHF frequencies.

Any VHF frequencies used by HAARP are almost certainly used for mundane
purposes like local security or facilities maintenance. If your friend
has logged such transmissions, undoubtedly he's recorded them, right? I
would expect them to be something along the lines of, ...dang it Carl,
where the heck did you leave the hammer?

I eagarly await your links to sound files of Carl and the dramatic saga of

I do not follow HAARP as a habit but I enjoy learning from others about things
they know more about than I do. So a separate HAARP data base to me would be
my lose. As far as vhf and hf go I don't think it is out of bounds to assume
all of us here know the difference enough to know any VHF transmission would
need to be a line of site grab . Where id this persons local who claims vhf

Those are not HAARP frequencies. Someone asked for frequencies used by
black helicopters and Kurt (somewhat tongue-in-cheek) put up a list of
frequencies used by black helicopters.
:-)

I myself am active on CW/SSB on all the amateur bands from 1.8 to
10368 MHz (that's 10 HF bands and 10 VHF/UHF/microwave bands) with 24
GHz coming very soon.

There is a ham radio club at the HAARP facility and I would guess it
does some VHF activity within the frequency and power limits of a US
amateur radio license. I'd love to work them via aurora! But I think
it is a rather inactive club.

I can't think of one. Naturally, Area 51 and the Greenbriar come to mind.

Neither of those were ever secret. And as for Area 51, there's something
like 17 or 19 Area 51's in Nevada. I can dig out my old map with the
original area numbers on it if someone needs an accurate count.

My August 11th 1960 World Aeronautical Chart, Mt. Whitney (363), lists Area
51 as Prohibited Area P-275.
