years ago I have his copy of the 1969 edition of NFPA 13.

I recently did a system upgrade of an OH pipe schedule system with 130
SF/head..
Good water supply and a low storage height made it work easily.
Back then only hazardous liquids were designed to extra hazard pipe schedule
and K8 - 90 SF/head.

All - I have a unique situation, unique to me anyway. Pipe schedule storage
occupancy installed per the 1969 edition of NFPA 13. It looks to me that NFPA
231 didn't come out until 1972, meaning storage would have fallen under what I
assume was one of the extra hazard curves in NFPA 13 in 1969
Reference TFP490, page 7 of 10, specifically graph A. There is a minimum
slant distance, or distance from the peak, which can be tricky.
