ProCore works very well for this. It is cloud based software that displays
PDF's and has very good mark-up features. Works well with a phone, tablet,
iPad, surface...

We ended up getting a Leica BLK360 laser scanner with an iPad pro last week.
Its still being set up by IT, but I'm looking forward to using the iPad pro
to try out mobile CAD again.
The last time I used it was years ago, and it was great for slowly looking
at drawings, but terrible for annotation
I use a Surface pro 3, not a high end one.
And I do markups on Bluebeam.
Love it.
My only complaint is since they updated the battery saver feature, I sometimes
run out of battery. I have to make sure I only run necessary apps, flight mode
on and run with screen brightness at 25% to get it to la

What kind of inspection program would you be using? Such as, Fire lab inc?

They make inspections a lot easier if you can customize the forms, that seems
to be the problem though, not being bale to customize the forms.
