know we can interpolate densities based on area etc... but is it okay to
interpolate storage height based on density when only a single point is given

Look at table 12.12.1.2(a), 2010. The minimum density is .60 from 8ft to 20
ft. The .45 is only good to 8 ft. Unless the pile sizes are small and well
spaced I think you are looking at 8-10 ft max height. The orifice size at
