I recently went to size a break tank where a strong supply nearly met the flow
requirements and a pump was a given.
Since you need to have a refill rate equal to 110% of the system demand, and we
didn't, there wasn't any point in pursuing it.

Afternoon Campers,
I have an HHS JCaho inspector requesting a specific report form for an 5
year internal inspection for a nursing home client. I got the call from my
customer and all she knew was he asked for this as he was leaving so I
couldn't speak with him. Does anyone know what he's
5 year obstruction investigation.

I believe Tom was looking for a specific form that was requested by Joint
Commission. I'm not sure there's a specific form. We've made up our own which
basically is a yes or no answer to the question Branch Line - sprinkler
removed from end of branch line free of organic material, debris, or
I kind of figured I would have to do that.
I already have a letter/report I made up years ago for greasing OSY stems,
flushing yard hydrants, replacing gauges, and such that seem to be common
requests on JC work I have. I can probably write a few sentences about
location and service, insert the
AFSA form 114A

Jamey
