Oh and as far as determining the size of the ventilation opening. After you
have found your CFM you should be able to use the equation
Q= 2610 x A x squareroot (delta P)
Or I guess, rearranged for the area you are looking for is
A= (Q/(2610 x squareroot(delta P)))
The variables are:
Q= to
I've consulted with Tigerflow in the past on projects requiring standalone
fire pump enclosures. They ship worldwide and I'm sure they would accept a
phone call to discuss this if you do not have access to a mechanical
engineer (HVAC type) who does this routinely.
As others have noted the engine

What about a total loss cooling system rather than recirculating through a
radiator. You may need a larger, or multiple heat exchangers since you have
such high ambients but you need no ventilation air, only combustion air, so
no fans.

No ventilation fans would be great! I need to get more information on this
total loss cooling system. I am working with an engine manufacturer right now
to reach a solution...they are supposed to be calling me back so I will mention
this.
The other thought was to maybe try and duct the
If you look on certain manufactures websites they will have a link where you
can put all your information in and will give you the proper sizing and number
of louvers. I know Clarke has something to this effect on there site.
