Secondarily, I'll set the new install's port numbers and the new box's
IP to match the old install for port-forwarding LMS offsite.

Hi Oyvindo (& Michael)
I have just setup LMS in a Docker container on a TS-251+, using the same
Larsks LMS docker image as you (Oyvindo) recommended in your how to
thread, LMS is the same version as you were having problems with:
LMS-7.9.0-1484126560 to 7.9.0 - 1484464959 @ Sun Jan 15,
All
I thought LastMix was now built in to DSTM which in turn is built in to
LMS?
No, while I'm the author both plugins, I made LastMix my personal
project, while DSTM, providing the infrastructure for this kind of
plugins, is part of LMS. It's just because LMS still is a Logitech
product, and

Don't do that !
I doubt the Touch will ever successfully connect to that router via
wifi. It will be a vagary of the wifi implementation on the router that
the Touch doesn't like or vice versa. I have seen similar with MS
Surface Pro's.
If LMS is now quicker to respond that is the accidental
I thought LastMix was now built in to DSTM which in turn is built in to
LMS?
I shipped a preconfigured Pi to USA recently and LastMix isn't there.
The Pi is running pCp 3.0x and has been updated to latest 7.9. What is
needed for LastMix to appear? Have I forgotten something in the mist of
time?

Well I could now try switching one of my Touches to the new router's
SSID - but I'm not that much of a masochist. :D

Yes, no and yes. The LMS
Still curious:
- why does the new router allow the Touches (which are connected to
the old router, I assume) to load the music faster?
- it would be interesting to know (maybe not for you?) what setting
prevented the Touches connect reliably to the new router by WiFi.
Anyway, glad

Duh! :)
Thanks!

Spent last night listening to my Touches without a hitch or a jump. My
new router allows them to load up my music library in a fraction of the
time* it took before. Thanks to d6jg and everyone else who helped me
get to this point.
*Never really liked that expression. What if the "fraction"
I guess you disabled it in something like
/etc/defaults/logitechmediaserver or the like. Or in the init script.
Just grep for --nomysqueezebox

Truly stupid question, I know, but... Where do I enable it?

[17-01-20 13:14:08.2869] Slim::Utils::PluginManager::load (214) Skipping
plugin: SpotifyLogi - requires mysqueezebox.com, but support for
mysqueezebox.com is disabled.

Still no official spotify plugin.
Go to Settings/Advanced/Logging, check the "keep settings for restart"
or similar box, set server.plugins to debug, save. Then restart your LMS
and provide your server.log.

Reinstalled LMS (7.9.0 - 1484464959 @ Sun Jan 15 07:33:01 UTC 2017).
Still no official spotify plugin.
In server.log, I see this:
[17-01-20 11:51:51.0987]
Plugins::SpotifyProtocolHandler::Plugin::postinitPlugin (34) The
official Logitech Squeezebox Spotify plugin should be enabled, or some
