This box is responsible for mixe alarmplaylist / dont mix it.

I'm trying to have lms (squeezeserver on a Raspi) take an mp3 webstream
and output to a lower bandwidth stream. For some reason, the same stream
sometimes correctly gets routed via Lame.and other times doesn't. The
error in the logs makes it seem that it can't find a matching converter

I have a Spotify playlist (for example: "Pop ballads") saved as a
Favorite.
When I want to wake up on Monday with music from that playlist I chose
this Favorite. When the alarm goes off the server load this playlist in
to the player and the music

Michael, for musicfolder your don't need to use "browselibrary" to get a
menu, just adding menu:1 or menu:musicfolder to the musicfolder CLI
command will do.
The question is whether you can then get the Radio to process it.

Well, you could try to find one of those other threads where they
discussed the issue to see whether there is a workaround.
What kind of system is that? I mean... FLAC is such a low-impact codec
that you have to do a lot wrong in your system or software design to
make it have any impact on

That is precisely what I do have. However, PCM sounds better in my
system. Therefore I would LOVE to try streaming Q as PCM .which it
would appear I cannot.
