After setting player.source to INFO - did you click Apply ?
If so. note start time of a test, test playing all the track and not
time when track stops. Then look at the log between the start time and
stop time.
Your log shows you have a lot of network errors - wit LMS loosing
connection

You asked me to "enable player.source logging to INFO".
I found it. Wow, that was hard to find!
Under Settings > Advanced > Logging, I set Logging to Server. I set
player.source to info. I clicked apply, and then when I changed tabs, I
clicked Save.
Then I controlled the player through a web
Just installed 1.10.b1 on TS-251 FW 4.3.4.0569
- DNS issue is fixed, thank you
- the web GUI is much, much faster now, almost instantaneous switching
between tabs and 10,000 file library initial scan was 283 seconds
I will report back tomorrow when I've tried some plugins but looks good

TuneIn has strange behaviour. If I remove the plugin it keeps running
under My Apps with the name "PLUGIN_RADIOTIME_MODULE_NAME". If the Radio
plugin is installed it lists as "TuneIn Radio". checked my accounts on
mysqueezebox.com and tunein.com and everything looks ok.

That sucks but I lived with it for a couple of years. Never impacted the
player, just made it less elegant. A year ago another person changed
startup to after boot and that fixed his same issue. I alos updated to
the beta

Just a wild guess but I'd say 32 bit seek offset in bytes is baulking
because the file is >2GB?

Ok, I need to bump this thread up again.
It happesn with CBR mpr3 on Versie: 7.9.2 - 1539113931 .
The tracks run fine when played directly. I now use the QNAPClub
version. Not sure if or how I should install LAME.

Killing preference pane does help. Server.log shows a message about
another LMS running if I open the squeezebox preference pane that must
be it. No idea how to solve that.

starting". The Start Server button also remains grey.
LMS runs normally. If I need to stop it, I just kill the perl process.
If you quit the pref pane and restarted it, would the status be ok then?
