Tested with files from local library today and it worked fine after
being suspended for 12h. This even worked after a restart of the LMS
service [I restarted to fix a slimp3 and forgot I was in the middle of
testing this].
So at this point I don't really have an issue - BBC Sounds has a feature
I may be wrong but Im pretty sure that LMS uses cover art in the
following order.
First music file in a folder with embedded art then folder.jpg,
cover.jpg etc
If your embedded file was 300x300 it would use that rather than the
800x800 image which is then arguably a bit redundant.

I have a QNAP TS-431P running LogitechMediaServer_2.21.00_arm-x41.qpkg
correctly.
But when I upgrade to 2.25 LMS crashes at startup.
