In fact, the problem was the "Stale file handle" message.
This could be fixed by adding the "noserverino" parameter to
/etc/fstab.

The last log.file was done with "find changes".
Now I made a new scan with "clear and rescan" and the log.file is much
longer (see attachment).
I found the statement "Could not open ..mp3 for reading: Stale file

When logged in to the system where LMS is running ... can you list the
folders/files beneath the mount point?
Those sub-folders/files need to have the correct permissions as well.

On the Fritzbox I created a user with read and write rights for the
corresponding folder. I created the folder on the Raspberry as root. In
my opinion, the rights should be sufficient.
How can I test this?

I run the logitech media server on a Raspberry Pi OS lite (bullseye) on
a Raspberry Pi 3B.
I have the music files on an external hard drive, which is connected to
the router (Fritzbox 6690).
The Raspberry Pi is mounted with the Fritz.nas and the LMS also
recognizes the directory
