No with QLogitechMediaServer the default port 9001.
Because on QNap the port 9000 already is used for Twonky.
But you could change it in the .QLMS.conf file to 9000.
By changing it from #HTTPPORT=""HTTPPORT="9000" , save the file and
restart QLogitechMediaServer.

The scanner isnt showing anything. I may build another system..just to
see if it does it on that one. I am always amazed at the amount of
hardware options there are that anything runs at all!

While far from snappy, things reacted in 10-20 seconds, and plays just
fine. I'm in the US.
I'm using a ZeroW. The only thing I could think is that you might have
more on your server, lowering the memory. Can you check available
memory? If it's running low, you might try removing

[16:51:38 26-01-2019] Please wait a few minuts, have to build
LogitechMediaServer from scratch !
