I've some problems with LMS v7.9.1. My log is full with : [17-08-07 06:39:56.6201] Slim::Networking::SqueezeNetwork::Players::_players_error (368) Unable to get players from SN: 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable, retrying in 691200 seconds Do you have any clue to point out what is the root cause of this problem? My players seems to be reachable as I can stream local music to them. Odd that it's happening on both SB3, Duet and Transporter if I force transcode, but if I force MP3 transcoding to my iPhone using iPeng to playback, it works fine. If I play a 16-bit file, everything is OK. [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] LMS, pCP. Raspbery, & Spotty... playlists help needed!
Hi, Posting this in the main LMS thread as not sure if it is to do with Raspberry, pCP, or SPOTTY! Changed from ReadyNAS with LMS 7.9.1 to a Raspberry pi3 with pCP and LMS 7.9.1 so that I can enjoy SPOTTY, and it is great! Have now learned how to change file paths in my saved playlists so that I can point pCP LMS at the playlists folder in the ReadyNAS and it works (much thanks to kidstypike & d6jg for their help on how to do that). Have now noticed that any playlist that is totally made up of tracks from my own library works 100%. Any playlist that also includes any Spotify tracks will only display and play the Spotify tracks, omitting the tracks from my library. I finally got a couple free hours and rebuilt everything and got it going again. I also found and got rid of the remnants of old installs, some going back years, which were part of the issue. Old code, old symlinks in the perl tree, and multiple service files tracking the name changes and sources of code which have run this thing across time. Hopefully upgrades will have fewer things to stumble over next time. If the plugin is indeed disabled, then your Cambridge isn't connecting to LMS, plain and simple. I think you need to describe your problem a little better. Where is Twonky installed for instance? Could there be another media server running on the same laptop? Earlier today I copied some new audio files to my QNAP 219P under the Squeezebox shares and successfully ran 'rescan' to update LMS. I then noticed that my tags where not quite right for the newly copied album as it had 'Various Artists' in the 'Album Artist' field which I absolutely hate so I put in the actual album artist using the latest version of MP3TAG 2.83, the original tags were written with 2.77 of the same program.
