The server restart resolved the issue. I had actually restarted that
machine running LMS last night and this morning noticed the apps list is
back in the web UI. I probably should have tried that first, but I've

I've it worked fine, i would suggest to ask some where else in the

Happens to me all the time. A simple restart of LMS fixes it. If not
restart it a second time.

Have you tried to restart the server?
Id also recommend to clear the browser cache but if you already tried
another browser thats probably moot
