Thanks for coming back to me.
I recall it worked on Radio but choked on Boom and Duet regardless of
the settings. Over Christmas I replaced everything with Sonos connect
and Sonos 1 devices and not had a problem since. The Sonos integration
with Alexa is good too so although I loved my squeezeb
I had the problem on SB Touch. Make sure that "Streaming through proxy"
is checked in player settings.

Sometime in that past few days all of my playlists have disappeared. No
updates applied but I did not notice that a recent rescan did the whole
library. Has something wiped it out?
The playlist folder setting looks ok = /storage/music/playlist (Linux)
and the .m3u files are there but the fold

I have the same problem. Besic LMS install (on Synology) with the Neet
AirStream as UPNP/DLNA endpoint.
Flacs stop after every song.
My install is clean as I just started with LMS.
Did you fix it? Any ideas?

I just solved it.
I don't no the reason, but when I install the service in windows and
then goto windows services and try to start the service manually, it
starts after the second try, but I had to change to systemaccount.
Now everything is fine.

You can Play DTS Files through the spdi output of the Squeezebox Touch.
But I'm interessted in a way to play 5.1 Flac files, too.
