Hi everybody,
I am having the same problem with my transporter and two boom player.
There are two touch Radios and several sb radios that do not have this
reconnecting problem. I can not find anything suspicious in the logs
-while using the latest server version 8.3.

So you guys know that situation where you've spent a few hours
troubleshooting something.. then deciding on creating a forum post
asking for help, then 2 minutes after creating the post, read the

using docker (image lmscommunity/logitechmediaserver, latest tag). When
playing songs from Deezer all the players tested work (squeezelite,

When playing a local mp3 to picoreplayer, the player
Trackstat was the source of the problem - the graphic is from some
monitoring software and shows the CPU load (in dark blue) when it was
active. It's a server with 6 cores and one of them was pegged at 100%
by the Trackstat plugin. If you don't have Trackstat installed it is
not the same

update be responsible for that? LMS has been working fine and
automatically
for the user that is logged in. The properties for LMS service show Log

Exactly: full _local_ access. But not to your NAS. You'll have to use a
named user who has an account on the NAS, too. Or you make the music
folder on the NAS public (but

Thanks for sticking with this.

Hmmm ... I just did and when clicking on the 'browse' button, the dialog
that comes up does not show the mapped drive (Z:\Music_Files) nor does
it show the network.

Unfortunately that did not work. I changed both the media folder and the
playlist folder to the complete path on the other PC. And the scan did
the same thing as previously. Once I close the control panel GUI and
reopen it the changed paths are back to what they were (Z:\Music_Files,

Thanks for the reply, Paul.

If your LMS is running as a service on Windows it will not be able to
access a mapped drive such as Z:
That might be why it disappears.
If you are using that then try changing it to the full path
