I'm having a weird problem playing some albums that I ripped using
iTunes. The files are saved with the M4A extension, and for only some of
them I get a message from LMS that it couldn't open the file. If an
album has 10 tracks, I might be able to play all but three of them. I
have no problem

I find it to be quite good. You can say "Alexa, play the song xxx by
xxx" or "...the song xxx from the album xxx" and she usually gets it
right and
I've been using Tidal on my Squeezebox system for some time now, and I
have noticed that playlists and albums often don't have all of the
tracks that appear in the same playlists and albums on the Tidal website
and in Tidal apps. Just yesterday I was going through some of my
