Thanks, a bit clearer: your LMS server runs on the OMV-machine which hosts the music library, your NUC machine (Macos/Win10/Linux) is used as client. The Jivelite player under Macos plays all tracks and do not stop prematurely, but whatever you run under Win10 as player do stop after two tracks. I wonder if LMS gets confused when you reboot the NUC under another OS and start another player there; LMS identifies the players by the MAC-address on the client network card, which should be the same when switch from Macos to Win10. You can look in the prefs directory on the OMV machine how many playlist files you have (the MAC address is part of the file name). It looks like you have two LMS servers running? Both on the OpenMediaVault (Debian based NAS) and also an instance under Win10? It is possible but care should be taken to ensure that the players are not confused. If you open the LMS web gui on the OMV-server, what players do you see? The same as on the Win10? A player (JiveLite, SB's, Squeezelite etc) can only be connected to one server at a time. I may have misunderstood your setup, if so please correct me :-) BosseJ's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=67378 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=109173 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter

The /var/lib/squeezeboxserver folder and everything below that is owned by the user defined for the LMS server (squeezeboxserver). The paths are displayed under Settings -> Information in the LMS web gui. The log had a gazillon complains regarding undocumented options in songinfo (had not yet registered to lastfm). Now the log is completely silent. First part of the day, I was using JiveLite under MacOs HS. All went well. Tracks were read till the end. Went to win10, using LMS's webpage : stops after 2 tracks.. No warning in the log. It was the same yesterday using squeezeplay in win10. Raising the log level : obviously, but which entry? Will try that and continue investigating.. ..I'll be back! mascaret's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=68225 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=109173 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter

The LMS server.log would be a good starting point - probably increasing the log level (Settings/Advanced/Logging). [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] LMS stops after 2 tracks
Hello, there! I'm a beginner (but a former "geek" - but that was long ago). My setup : Logitech Media Server Version : 7.9.2 - 1529332109 @ Mon Jun 18 16:48:41 CEST 2018 Nom d'hôte : odroidxu4 Adresse IP du serveur : 192.168.1.50 Port HTTP du serveur : 9000 Système d'exploitation : Debian - FR - utf8 Architecture de la plate-forme : armv7l-linux Version de Perl : 5.24.1 - arm-linux-gnueabihf-thread-multi-64int Audio::Scan : 0.95 IO::Socket::SSL : 2.044 Version de la base de données : DBD::SQLite 1.34_01 (sqlite 3.7.7.1) Platines identifiées : 2 LMS is on an odroid box (HC2) with OpenMediaVault. Everything looks OK. Radio plays (for hours if I let it). However, the reading of files (flac on the server) stops after 2 tracks. Where should I investigate? I'm at a loss for an explanation.. Thks for you interest! mascaret's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=68225 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=109173 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
