I have the same problem. My laptop runs win10 with Kaspersky rel 17. (the latest) I have tried to connect to LMS with no luck. Tried to open everything in KIS. My LMS is running on a Netgear Duo V2. All other computers in my house, including iPhones and Pads can connect to LMS. But not my laptop.

Nup. Kaspersky installed doesn't work. Kaspersky installed but turned off doesn't work. Kaspersky uninstalled works fine. Kaspersky installed with every switch allowing access of LMS to the net put to allow and I'm damned if I can get the thing to work.

I may have found the culprit. For reasons which I won't explain here I was using an unsecured connection to connect to the net. I think the Kaspersky component "Unsecured Connection" may have been blocking the LMS connection to the net. Will do further testing later.
