I think it is essentially not forbidden to distribute binaries of SSH ,
but I suggest it would be much more easier for you to get the sources
and compile it yourself.
That because with the sources comes an installation procedure that gets

If you are on a SPARC 10, you're running Solaris 7 in 32-bit mode
anyway, just use the Solaris 2.5.1 or 2.6 binaries that are out
there, if any.
