Ban SUVs in StPaul? Why not? Let StPaul exercise local control here. It
would have national import immediately. Other cities might do the same.
SUVs would lose value. The highway lobby owns the Fed and the State. Let
us hope not enuf of the City (council + mayor). We know how Kelly will go

there actually is precedent - the banning of semis on I 35 E, though
i've seen som lately - but the better way to protect our city is by
limiting the use of our streets through traffic calming and if possible
