Ban SUVs in StPaul? Why not? Let StPaul exercise local control here. It would have national import immediately. Other cities might do the same. SUVs would lose value. The highway lobby owns the Fed and the State. Let us hope not enuf of the City (council + mayor). We know how Kelly will go -
