Thanks. This is interesting. On an XO-4 on my desk with 13.2.0-13 the ALSA device list is not empty. Perhaps your XO-4 has damage to the audio codec chip. Or perhaps the firmware version is old. Please find the firmware version installed, and capture dmesg to a file, and attach the file to
