Oro Valley Dial at night-Time Exposure

I stumbled across this. Somebody went out at night and took a time exposure of the Oro Valley Sundial. It shows the stars rotating around the North Celestial Pole which the photographer aligned closely with the polar axis gnomon rod. See: http://www.flickr.com/photos/33119087@N02/5802285382/

Skyscraper to be used as a Sundial in Manchester

In a manner similar to the recent NASS article on using the Washington Monument as a dial, some people are to try this with the tallest skyscraper in Manchester, England next Tuesday (summer solstice)
