freenet isn't working on my OS, not with the earlier versions, and not with
the latest. fproxy pops up allright, but you can't insert or request
anything. If you do, you always get:

runtime.It directed me to the jave.sun.com site but i didnt find much joy
there.Pressed the update button but it didnt do much.

Java is included with some operating systems, but not always. You may
download a copy of Java for your operating system from
http://java.sun.com/ - you want the Java Runtime Environment.
