[freenet-support] Very few connections on 0.5

I've noticed that for some months already, my node has a very low number of connections (especially active ones). This is an average report on Open Connections page: Connections open (Inbound/Outbound/Limit) 30 (23/7/90) Transfers active (Transmitting/Receiving) 9 (7/2) Data waiting
