i just downloaded the freenet softwareim not sure if its working correctly
, i read the set up info BUT its VERY confusing, a less complicated
explanation on how to make the software run would be greatly appreciated

You are talking about 0,5 right?
Firstly make sure that 0,7 is not running at the same time. I think 0,7 can
handle if 0,5
is already running, but it doesn't work the other way around. Also what
on my computer it was a standrard install , the problem is all these errors
