Every message you get from the support list -- including the one
I'm replying to -- has these headers in it:

List-Help:

List-Subscribe: ,

List-Id: 
List-Unsubscribe: ,

List-Archive: 

So, it would seem that a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
with subject "unsubscribe" should be expected to do the trick.

You need to change the url to hawk.freenetproject.org:8080/cgi-bin/ma... 

If you want to change settings and such for some of the lists you'll
also have to paste the field names and values into your url bar as
some of the forms on :8080 still point to the :80 address. luckily they 
all accept GET forms, which makes life a little easier.

Don't ask me why this hasn't been fixed though.. *mutter*
