Srry I don't know how to start a new subject , but how do I use frost in
freenet on my Linux Korora 22 Cinnamon 64bit??? I dld it but it isn't doing
anything I'm lost please help!!!

Hello,
I try to install freenet with Yum.
=> yum install fred.noarch
I'má getting the following error messages:
=> Downloading Packages:
=> (1/3): fec-1.0.3-2.noarch 100% |=| 93 kB00:00
=> (2/3): fred-0.5-5101.noar 100% |=| 3.2 MB00:04
I just completed a fresh install of XP and one of the last things on the
list was Freenet. I had already installed the Sun JDK ver. 1.5.0rc, but
the installer will not recognize it and so fails. I don't want to
install an earlier version of java, but will if I must. Anybody have a
work around?

Hi,
Download works fine. On installation in a windows
2000 environment a prompt appears that java environment can't be found. I have
downloaded java environment but screen freezes following appearance of the same
message (java environment can't be found.
Any suggestions?

2.downloaded java 1.3.1 and installed it
3.ran freenet and it gave me a error (java virtual machine
