Can't reinstall pidgin

Good Afternoon,

I had some work done on my computer and have reinstalled Pidgin.
As I activated my account, it asks for my password- which I do not remember!
How can I get my password?

@Mitch,

The pidgin mailing list does not have access to your passwords.  You would
instead have to contact the provider of the service you were using.

Pidgin supports many services so this could be many places, but a good
place to start is someone else in your organization including an IT
representative.

The person who reloaded your computer can likely check a colleagues
computer to determine the service being used and then escalate from there.
 In absolutely no circumstance will this mailing list be able to retrieve
your password.

It is writing to me that my statuse is avalable but next to my name it is
written disconected
also some of the functions is not abalable, for exampe i cant add frinds
how to solv it?
