Go to their web page. Look at your URL bar, where you'll see the RSS
logo to the right. Click on that logo.
You can also click on RSS feeds within web pages, when they are offered
there.

I have many folders within my email inbox. I use message filters to
sort incoming email into different folders.
When I click on a particular folder, the numbers under 'unread'

I have multiple email addresses setup under Seamonkey, work and personal
addresses, my personal email address is marked as the default address
for SMTP but when I change the from address to send by it still sends
the email from my personal address.
