afaik Seamonkey does not offer this directly.
You could install the add-on "Noscript" (which is itself mostly written
in JavaScript) and that allows you to execute or prohibit scripts at the

Java and javascript are not the same thing, or do you mean that you want
to read the source code for java applets?
