How do I change the newsgroup display name from the gobbledygook to
something I can recognize?
e.g. a.w.general to Win 7
Properties seems to have locked that.

Seamonkey and Thunderbird both suffer from lack of user interaction
priority.
If I start a download for off-line posts in Seamonkey then whatever I do
elsewhere in Seamonkey either does not respond or takes forever to respond.
The priority must be set for the user needs and that background

I want SeaMonkey to download all newsgroup posts so that I can review
them offline. Maybe with a limit of say the last several hundred.
I have plenty of RAM and HDD space.
Please give steps to do this.

And how is this related to

I have an Inbox and under GMail I have All Mail on some GMail accounts.
Who or what sets the relationship between these such that I seem to get
the same mail in both and therefor have to deal with each.
How do I set things so I only get the mail in the InBox since that one

I use two providers to look at the same newsgroups.
I boot the laptop and Seamonkey updates the newsgroups.
I let the app sit all day open so that I can get the latest updates when
I return.
But seamonkey refuses to look at either provider giving an error message
that it cannot access the
While in SeaMonkey for newsgroups (mail) I click on a posted link and
SeaMonkey opens its web browser.
Unfortunately SeaMonkey cannot handle the web page.
So how do I tell SeaMonkey Mail to open say FireFox as the defaut?
