How is it Windows' fault that you have decided to skip 4 versions of Windows,
and a third party vendor has stopped supporting the one you are using?

I just tried twice on 2 different PCs, both running Windows 98SE, to
install SeaMonkey 2.0.2, after downloading to a flash drive. Both
tries yielded error message during setup process:
This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down.
