Hi Mort, It seems doubtful this second problem is related,
seamonkey/firefox do not even maintain their bookmarks/history
etc in regular files like IE, but rather in sqlite databases.
Did you reboot your machine in between ? Windows explorer is

I do not know if this is connected with my recent problem, but I hope
not. Now, when I click onto my Recycle Bin, there are no icons to
indicate the items that are in the bin. When I click onto Empty Recycle
Bin, then I get a message about deleting x items, X = the number of
items there.
