File button on the menu bar?

In the not too distant past versions of SeaMonkey, there was a File button on the menu bar of the mail/news reader page. I found this to be a very useful feature. Now I need to right click on my highlighted, selected, messages and use the move option. How can I resurrect the menu file button?
