In case anyone is interested. Installing 2.14 went better than previous versions. Almost everything seems to be intact, except I still needed to copy over prefs.js from the previous installation to get my old email account. The files for old email still seem to be there. But may have blown

Under known issues for 2.14, it says the following 'The option When opening a bookmark group / Replace existing tabs under Preferences / Tabbed Browsing does not have an effect anymore (bug 664101).' WTF does that mean? It will never work or it will work when somebody gets around to fixing it?
