Lightning doesn't is in the UA. Easy to notice, if you can always see

Hello.
I've just upgraded to SeaMonkey 2.53.1. Though I understand that the
Composer feature is no longer supported, I still use it as a basic text
editor.
However, after this latest upgrade, it appears that the title bar is
absent from the top of the page in the Composer window. Has this

Shutting and restarting the computer down did not bring the title bar back.
