They are Mozilla FastLoad files, they store temporary compilations of UI
files so we can load them faster than if we need to

I am trying to upgrade to 2.0 from 1.1.18. but I can not get the File,
Open, Save.. menu to appear in the browser. I'm have both Firefox 3.5.4
