I like to have my Mozilla's SeaMonkey v2.0.x web browser to open new
tabs with ctrl key + left mouse click. Once in a while, it doesn't
register because I didn't hold it down long enough or something. Has
anyone noticed this annoyance? I have seen it happen on slow and fast

What I haven't seen suggested and what may help make the
change you want, is this. Open Control Panel, then Folder
Options. Click on the File Types tab and scroll down to the
.wmv extension. Once you select it you can use the Change
button to choose the program that opens .wmv files.
