Hello.
I noticed my old SeaMonkey v2.0.14 (not sure if newer versions does this
too) web browsers' histories do not record/count web pages that are
manually reloaded/refreshed. Is that normal? Is there a way to have it
count/recorded (last updated, visit numbers, etc.)? I even tried forced

What's the recommended way for requesting a bug to be reopened?
I have noticed for a while that Seamonkey will sometimes load the wrong
site icon. This happens a lot on Wikia, for instance -- instead of
loading the specific wiki's icon, it will load the generic Wikia W icon.
