format when replying to a HTML formatted e-mail? Mine never seems to
do that. :(

In a recent SM reinstallation, the automatic spell-check for all e-mail
messages about to be sent didn't get enabled and I can't find out how to
turn it on. Even a search of the 'Help' feature didn't yield an answer.
