WMV attachment trouble - try again
Has anyone else experienced this problem or have any ideas on why this keeps happening? Original Message Subject: WMV attachment trouble Date: Sat, 19 Sep 2009 14:02:00 -0400 From: MAP mpi...@comcast.net To: support-seamonkey@lists.mozilla.org I am using Seamonkey v 2.02b. When I try to send email with WMV attachments, the attachments do not attach on the first try. If I close the original email completely, reopen it and retry the send, it usually works. Does anyone know why this happens and what I need to do about this. Thanks! SeaMonkey 1.1.17 mail problems
I installed SeaMonkey 1.1.17 and my mail worked. For some reason it stopped working correctly. Now I have a big gray area on the bottom of my screen with a red arrow head on the left side. I can only open one email, then my email locks up. I have to shut down SeaMonkey, delete the process and reopen SeaMonkey. This goes on and on. Any ideas? Today, all my new mail that arrived from about 1:45 am until 4:00 pm was duplicated, some of my messages that were already in my inbox also duplicated. I moved one of the duplicate messages to the trash. The email I moved and the virtual duplicate left the inbox and caused a 1 KB message to pop into my inbox, right before my eyes, in the exact location of the email that was deleted and it is dated 12/31/1969. When I checked the trash, only one message was there, the virtual duplicate vanished. When I moved the deleted message back to the inbox, the 1 KB blank message disappeared. This is strange. Is there a way to eliminate the duplicate message all at once?
