Accidently had my computer/Windows' date ahead of the correct date...

... It was set to 2014. However, my histories and sent e-mails and newsgroup/usenet posts were already marked for 2014. How can I fix this to the correct ones (2013)? Is moving the sent ones to draft, resaving, and moving back to sent folders the only way even though they won't be time
