In my case, disabling ABP everywhere doesn't help, but disabling 
javascript (even with ABP enabled) does solve it. Of course, disabling 
both solves it since that option includes disabling javascript.

white page.
If I disable javascript, it remains, doesn't vanish.


Same here.
Bad scripting or an attempt to send us somewhere else, to another frame, etc.

That's interesting. It worked for me on Linux, even with NoScript 
disabled (so not blocking any scripts). After the page has loaded, it 
greys out the main content and shows a cookie notification bar at the 
bottom. After accepting that, the page displays as normal, but it could 
be the scripting is somehow messing up on SeaMonkey under Windows.


That bar doesn't show up at all with scripting disabled, and the content 
is readable.

Looks OK to me with:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 SeaMonkey/2.49.3

Also works if I spoof your user agent, so doesn't seem to be caused by 
UA sniffing.


Perhaps try SeaMonkey's safe mode, and a fresh profile if that doesn't work.

Updating to 2.49.3 probably won't make any difference, but worth a shot 
and you'll get fixes to known bugs and vulnerabilities.
