Can I do that in SM too? Is it me or is SM's GUI confusing for its e-mail settings? But if your default is HTML, then presumably SHIFT would toggle that to plain text. Yeah, but I don'twant to use that since I get many e-mails from people/bots who are not in my addressbooks.
