I snipped the crap out, but I left the relavant info. I asked "who!?"
did the cut-and-paste, because I sure didn't.

Sorry, I thought that was how you got your config entries into the
newsgroup post!

How did you do it then??

Daniel

I guess you need to go back and re-read who said what. This time, put
your binoculars on :-)

Hu, now how did I stuff that up so bad?!?!?!

The question arose because information I posted was attributed to Peter.

it is the correct one.

I am already switched. But as a learning experience, I tried to follow
your instructions.
Well I couldn't get a display anything like what you posted.
I notice that you are using SM2.0b1pre et.c. while I'm on SM 1.1.14,
but what I get is like

except for SeaMonkey. (Sorry I couldn't figure out how to capture an

So how could one use your instructions?

Ros, what Peter did was type the term "smtp" into the section marked
"Filter" in your picture. That then goes through all the preferences and
only displays those that have the term "smtp" in them. Then Peter did a
cut-and-paste into his mail.

he either used the about:config or looked inside the
prefs.js file to get the lines he needed.

As for images, no you can't post images to the mozilla
server, except the mozilla.support.screenshots group,
or some place else like you did

Correct?

Dear Rinaldi,

I have a Fedora.redhat.com system and it was very slow in domain
handling, so we decided to get ipV6 to remove, thus we did a lot of
/ping/ tests and you helped with how to do that.
