The B-format in ACN/SN3D convention is the same as in the traditional
definition without the W scaling and in the ACN order:
B_ACN_SN3D = [sqrt(2)*W Y Z X].

uncompressed PCM audio.
This is great, as most of the world gets a lot of their content through
