On Richard Furse's Blue Ripple Sound website, there's a page with a clear table on how to encode mono signal to FuMa normalization. http://www.blueripplesound.com/b-format Is there somewhere, on a website or in a PDF, an equivalent of that table for N3D and SN3D, to at least 3rd order?
