Not sure if it would fit the bill, but the usual suspect for such things is Plogue Bidule. You may also want to look Image-Line's Minihost Modular. The latter is made by the same company that makes FL Studio but is supposed to work as a VST in any host. https://www.plogue.com/products/bidule/

Hi, Does anybody know a 're-routing' plugin (Windows VST) for the channel order inside a single multi-channel track (Reaper). I want to prepare a mapping from 40 Ambisonic channels to the range 1-64 with some gaps in between and criss-crossing. This can be done with the hardware output routing
