For what its worth, I was at the local super
market, Weis, and they had a sale on Red Devil Lye (RDL). It also had a
note that it is being discontinued. Not sure if it is the actual RDL being
discontinued, or if Weis is discontinuing it. Just seems awfuly
coincidental though.

Running straight WVO through your genset is great if you life in sunny
california, but I would not rely on that in Missoula. WVO in Missoula
would require a hefty investment in time and materials to create an
environment equal to that of california in a shed. Also, it is very
make sure my fuel is warm
before it goes into the wash.

I did my first batch today which congealed into a jelly like substance.
I used 80 liters of dewatered wvo 10 liters of Methanol and 400g lye.
I mixed my methoxide in a 5gal container until compleatly disolved,
It was still warm when I fed it in to my processor.
I also believe the oil was to hot

Yeah, and I think they are plumbed with a prop to turn the milk and and
tubing that carries freon keeping the milk cool. It seems ideally suited
for biofuel. I wonder if anyone has done it. A friend of mine has one so I
plan on taking a closer look. He got his for 100 dollars from a major
where it rises very quickly with each additional drop. That
is why I say it took between 8.5 and 9.0 ml., because 8.5 ml. didn't get it
there but 9.0 ml made the ph go to over 9. Does this all seem right?
